One of the great things about leadership is there is no one true path. While I did learn and experiment with other's ideas through my leadership development, I have found a unique message that defines my leadership style. The five C's starts the focus with the individual (core) and works it way out to the relationship between the leader and the (company) they work for. I hope you enjoy.
